Danielle Justo, Esq.

Partner | Rich May, P.C.

Trailblazer. Rainmaker. Gamechanger.

These are just a few of the words used to describe Danielle Justo, Esq.—a dynamic leader who blends legal excellence, business acumen, and a deep commitment to community impact. As the first female equity partner at Rich May, P.C., a Boston-based law firm with roots dating back to 1937, Danielle has made her mark by founding the firm’s diversity and women’s initiatives, co-chairing its real estate team, and launching its lending and title insurance practices.

Danielle’s leadership extends beyond the legal field. She served for seven years on the Board of Federal Furnace Cranberry Company—an 800-acre Ocean Spray farm—where her strategic vision drove significant growth and culminated in a successful sale. She’s known for her rare ability to translate legal strategy into tangible business success—skills honed while earning both her JD and MBA from Boston College.

Her accolades speak volumes:

  • Top Women of Law 2024Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly
  • Ten Outstanding Women 2019Boston Real Estate Times
  • Featured in NEREJ’s 2025 Women in Construction
  • Businessperson of the Year finalist – Plymouth Chamber of Commerce

Danielle is also a tireless advocate for affordable housing, having led multiple Habitat for Humanity land acquisitions, permitting, and funding efforts across Greater Plymouth. She’s raised over $200,000 in grant funding and sponsorships for youth and community development, and continues to serve on nonprofit and real estate action boards across the region.

Whether she’s structuring multi-generational business succession plans or securing conservation-driven land use deals, Danielle brings bold thinking and heart to every endeavor. She lives in Stoughton with her husband and two children—and when she’s not practicing law or leading community projects, you might just find her out on a marathon course.
