Born and raised in Plymouth, MA, Kevin Pepe is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with nearly three decades of experience advising clients on the acquisition, disposition, and strategic development of income-producing and owner-occupied properties. As Principal of Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc., Kevin specializes in helping small to mid-sized business owners navigate their commercial real estate and business brokerage needs—across sectors such as retail, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, and senior housing.
Kevin is a proud alumnus of Tabor Academy and holds dual degrees in Mathematics and Economics from the University of New Hampshire. He brings a data-driven approach and deep regional expertise to every client relationship, and has built a reputation for integrity, collaboration, and results.
In addition to his professional achievements, Kevin is deeply involved in the Cape Cod community. He serves on the boards of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of MA, the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, and the Rotary Club of Osterville. He is an active supporter of numerous charitable organizations, including YMCA Cape Cod, Cape & Islands Veterans Outreach Center, and Cape Kid Meals.
